I've been with Richard Phillips State Farm since I moved here in 08 and they've been responsive, quick and always helpful. Rachel and Virginia, in particular, have been quick to help when I've had issues. Virginia has reached out to help troubleshoot. Not many do that. Appreciate!

I recently reached out to Courtney to get quotes and information on all of my family’s insurance needs, this was auto, home, life as we were not happy with our current provider. I was very impressed with Courtney’s knowledge and overall professionalism right from the beginning. She made the whole process very easy and we ended up saving a lot of money and since switching the service I have received has been the best. I highly recommend!!

Within the past 12 months, we purchased our first home (and home insurance), a new vehicle (needed car insurance), and signed up for life insurance. Throughout, Courtney and Richard have been a tremendous help to us. They promptly respond to emails, proactively reach out, and consistently educate us about what is covered by our insurance (including how rates are calculated and any ways to qualify for lower rates). Though the home buying and car buying processes have been stressful at times, at least we could count on the insurance aspect being simple and straightforward.

My mom has been with State Farm longer than I have been alive. Since I’ve been old enough to need insurance, they took me in & have treated me like family since. I recently needed to change some insurance plans, and had strict limitations, the girls at Richard Phillip’s office were able to get me exactly what I needed & super quickly. We are definitely sticking with them, even after shopping around they were the best coverage for the best rate. Thank you ladies, we couldn’t be more thrilled & grateful!
