Great experience. Just moved to Easton and need gass hooked up for our stove. They updated everything to meet code. Everyone was professional and provided excellent customer service.

Predatory buisiness practices. I would call when my 100 gal propane tank reached 25% they would make me pay for 100% refill. Tank could only be filled to 85% to allow for expansion. Switched account to my wife to make it a regular revolving account instead of a prepaid account, $180 deposit required and paid. Before getting any propane they required a system check at the house $99 and a missed day of work. Got the tank filled and never received a bill. They disconnected the tank on a Friday in December without notifying us. When we got home and discovered this the office was closed. My wife went online and realized then why it was disconnected, paid the balance in full and I reconnected the tank. 6 months later almost time for anther refill we come home to discover our tank removed, nobody contact us prior to this happening. So to summerize Sharp still owes me for the overcharge of my last fill lets say $50, they collected $279 to switch to my wife's name plus the $400 for filling the tank and now removed the tank with 30% remaining in it. In my opinion this is theft. Update: adding to the predatory buisiness practices I just spoke with Mike at sharp in easton, because I didn't pay the $125 to have them reconnect the tank and the $110 for the initial disconnect fee and there was a charge for picking up the tank (again without notifying us).

I have been using Sharp Energy to provide propane to my home over the last 4 years. They are reliable and creative - most importantly the don't stop till the job is done and the customer is satisfied. I recommend Mike and Matt especially for a high level of customer service!

Propane tank installed too deep, then too shallow but Sharpworkers tried to hide that fact by making a huge mound of dirt around the top of the tank. Both times the landscaping was left a mess which we had to deal with not once , but twice. We were told that they would fix the landscaping but after a few weeks no one has shown up. All around sloppy workmanship installing the gas lines. The gentleman who filled our tank deserves 5 stars since he noticed that the tank was installed improperly the first time.

The tech, Mike Banks, was awesome. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. Upon finding two small leaks, he went to work repairing the situation, not only addressing the two areas of concern, but checking and securing all connections to the furnace. We feel much safer knowing that all connections have been refitted and tested. Thank you.
