Signed in on the app had an appt for 545. Still waiting at 620. 1 stylist finished 2 cuts while the other still going on 1. I canceled my appt and left. Dont have all night to hang out. Ill go elsewhere.

Worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life, I asked for a mid bald fade and let's just say it was a disaster smh I'd give negative stars if it was possible!!!!

Not only did they mess up my beard, the girl that cut my hair smelled absolutely awful. I didn’t ask for my money back because I kinda felt bad for her. I had to wait about 45 minutes just to walk in early and see that the place was empty, which tells me it’s poorly managed as well. 10/10 don’t recommend this place until an “under new management” sign is put outside.

My son had his hair cut here. We weren’t familiar with any of the stylists so when checking in, we selected “first available.” The stylist we got did not listen to what my son wanted and she cut his hair way too short. When he came out to the lobby, the front of his hair was very uneven. I asked her to fix it and now he looks like Jim Carrey in D*** and Dumber. He is refusing to go to school and he’s not allowed to wear a hat or hood in school. He was so angry about the way his hair turned out that he cursed and cried the whole way home.

Used the app to sign in, got there 4 minutes before the app said I was up. When I walked in, it looked busy, so I asked if I was up next, a lady named Terri told me it would be no more than 15 minutes. Over an hour later, they called me.

Get to the store at 3. 3 stylist and one was sweeping. Says we're booked up until we close. Can't take you. I guess it's more important to not work. Guess I'll have to start going somewhere else to get my hair cut. I go every 2 weeks to the same store.

They never have more than 2 people working and you wait forever just to be bumped by someone who walks in right as you are about to be called. We watched 6 people go before us, and when we walked in no one was waiting & both stylist took breaks while there were now 7 people waiting.

Disappointed with our experience today. We checked in online and arrived at 620. There were two stylists there and after waiting for a bit they finally passed us off to the girl that was sweeping. She was a sweet girl but I’m not sure if she was a hairdresser as she seemed very uncomfortable and asked the stylist next to her for help but the stylist did not offer much help as she seemed to have an extremely personal client she was focusing on. I’m pretty sure the girl that cut my son’s hair was either a trainee or just a receptionist. I will unfortunately have to take him elsewhere and pay for a second haircut which is disappointing, considering haircuts are more expensive here than any other place we go.Service: Kids' cuts
