I want to thank Tracy for her patience today as she helped me get my bank account straightened out. I made one transaction in to three for her (a pain in the...). Tracy was so kind and delivered great customer service with a smile. Even though she had her mask on, I could tell. ?

Was told one thing on phone, when I arrived 30 minutes later told differently. Waisted another hour of my time standing there while they tried unsuccessfully to resolve.Terrible bank

The ATM no longer accepts deposits and I have to drive 30min further to get to the bank sense they closed the one in my town. To make a cash deposit I have to take time off of work to make it there during branch hours.
