TNT Jewelers provides excellent service and customer care. Staff are super nice, attentive, friendly, and amazing, greeting customers immediately. They are helpful, informative, and go above and beyond. The team offers fantastic service for buying jewelry, like earrings, wedding bands, and watches, and provides great advice. They also handle repairs and services beautifully, such as resetting diamonds, re rhodium plating, and polishing rings, often with great value. The process is made super fun and easy with outstanding communication. While most experiences are highly recommended, one reviewer felt pressured to sell an item brought in for repair. Overall, the customer service is outstanding, making special occasions feel special and creating a positive customer journey.

We walked in to have a link replaced in my husband’s watch. The store was immaculate and gorgeous. The staff was incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. The watch was repaired while we waited in less than 5 minutes. Thank you TNT. We will be back soon!

TNT Jewelers was a great place to buy anything. Michael and Michelle were so nice and really helped us and gave us a great deal on 2 rings that was really beautiful. I will definitely buy again from there and would recommend everyone to buy from them. What a great experience.
