Had nothing short of a Christmas miracle this week. Morris helped me with a mistake I made to ensure I had a package before Christmas. I’m so grateful and thankful to him and the staff and so very appreciative going above and beyond especially during this crazy busy time of year. Claudine.

The people that work the counter are about as rude as they come. They will talk to you like you’re an idiot for asking simple questions, they aren’t even able to tape labels on packages. I just spent 20 minutes packing my own damn Amazon return on the counter while they stared at me like a moron. Completely unprofessional and absolutely no want to help.

Though the employees were polite when I was there (why it’s 2 stars), I was overall extremely disappointed with my experience. This is the only location on the Delmarva peninsula that does digital fingerprint services (according to USPS website). I called ahead of time and was told that they do indeed provide this service, and that I didn’t need an appointment and I can just come in. I drove for over an HOUR AND A HALF to the location. Only to find the staff were unfamiliar with the software and then were also unable to get it started. The manager of the location was also not able to get it to work. This is the kind of thing to figure out before someone comes to do this, when the person had called ahead of time. I also waited for over an hour and a half for them to figure this out.If any employees are reading this, I appreciate your attempts at helping me when I was there, but I hope you also appreciate my disappointment for complete failure to provide a service promised online and over the phone from what clearly appears to be a lack of appropriate training.

Oooh these ppl are rude lol. They must really hate their job. After the lady had an attitude I looked straight at her and said I hope you have a wonderful day because I don't let a strangers get me upset so I don’t have to stoop low to be nasty back to you. She gave me zero eye contact rolled her eyes and and didn’t say anything back. I wasn’t looking for her to say it back but thought it was funny how she was acting. These ppl has some serious issues.

I'm not sure why, but the two women at the front desk were really rude. They were very busy but there's no need for that to effect your attitude. I hope their day gets better. ♡

Some nice folks (though some not), but ask x individuals a question and you get x different answers. Not great for those of us who need to know when/whether our post will arrive and for how much.

Almost 3 stars but when the drive up mail box is overflowing, it obviously has not been emptied in DAYS when the sticker clearly says 5pm daily. We wonder why it takes 2 weeks for a birthday card to arrive. And why is there not a self service kiosk in this PO? Can't be completely blamed on covid.

Rude, extremely unhelpful, mail is constantly a week or more late and they will hang up on you if you ask to speak with the supervisor. ( not being a Karen either), just had a legitimate question they couldn't help with.
