Staff are all very nice and attentive. Dr M was great with explanations and asking pertinent questions to help with the diagnosis. I did have to wait 50” despite making an appt and would have had an extensive wait the day before as a walk-in. The office definitely needs more MDs, PAs, NPs.

I go to yourdocsin, it seems I would have to wait usually 2 days to get into my pcp, I have had good experiences the three times most recent I have had to visit them, the wait is very reasonable, the doctors have been very helpful in easing my discomfort and I highly recommend them

Came in with cold/flu/sinus issues for a week. I tried to tell the nurse how my symptoms presented and transitioned to today, talked for maybe 15 seconds and she rolled her eyes, looked frustrated and immediately cut me off while I was talking. I just left to go to another urgent care. Everyone is a reflection of treatment, and being kind in this profession or having a decent bedside manner is important. If this is how the initial nurse is going to be with me, why would I trust the doctor to be any different. I didn’t get a name but the nurse with the short dyed red hair that’s around 5’ tall, please tell her to be kind to everyone you meet, you don’t know what they’re going through. She didn’t even try to stop me leaving, looked happy to have one less person to deal with.Edited to add: I was also rudely told/asked that my bp was 140/90 and if I’m taking blood pressure medications for it. When I told her that the last two times I had my bp taken, it was 119/83, which was that week. She took it again and it had dropped to 137/90, she told me to just relax, like she isn’t the reason it’s high. When I went to UMD urgent care down the street, my bp was 119/78, I wonder why. Maybe it’s because that nurse was actually nice and let me talk/explain my symptoms fully without being annoyed? So my body didn’t feel the need to be stressed/react? And they even told me they frequently get unhappy patients from Your Doc’s In.Goes to show the convenient option isn’t always the best option.
