DO NOT USE THEM!
I don't want to be one of those people who complain, and I honestly can't remember the last time I wrote a review, but do not use this company. The staff are horribly rude and the wait times to get service is very long.
During every communication - the staff acted like I was the problem, and the technician wore dirty wet shoes in our house. Just run from this company.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with ABC Appliance, particularly with a representative named Dawn. This encounter left me deeply upset and shaken.
My original service appointment took place on May 28, 2025, when the technician diagnosed the issue and informed me that a part would be ordered. I was told I would be contacted once the part arrived. After three weeks of silence, I followed up on June 16. During this call, Dawn claimed she had left me a voicemail on May 30 stating the part had arrived. I never received that voicemail or any other form of communication.We rescheduled the service for June 20. However, on the morning of the appointment, I received a frantic and highly unprofessional call from Dawn. She shouted at me, cut me off repeatedly, berated me, and put me on hold multiple times without explanation. She told me the technician had already passed my location and would not be able to return until Wednesday, June 25. The aggression and chaos of this call were completely uncalled for and unacceptable.
This was, without question, the most abusive and unprofessional phone call I have ever experienced from a business. I was left visibly shaken and extremely upset. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic customer care was appalling.To make matters worse, I was later informed that the technician had attempted to call me on the day of service but left no voicemail and made no further effort to reach me. This reflects a complete breakdown in communication and responsibility. Ironically, after our heated exchange, Dawn was somehow able to squeeze me in for the originally scheduled appointment on June 20—proving that the earlier chaos was entirely avoidable.
During my initial visit, the technician quoted me a final price of $180. However, at the end of the appointment on June 20, I was charged $249.43, with no explanation provided for the discrepancy. This surprise overcharge added insult to injury and further eroded my trust in the company.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never use their services again and will not recommend them to anyone. From the complete lack of follow-through to the abusive customer service and the unexplained billing increase, this experience was entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Company!
I had one of the worst experiences with this appliances company. From the moment I made the purchase, everything went downhill. The delivery was late by over a week, and no one bothered to inform me ahead of time. When the appliances finally arrived, one of them was damaged and another was missing a key part.
I contacted customer service multiple times and was either ignored or transferred endlessly with no resolution. When I finally spoke with someone, they were rude and dismissive, acting like it was my fault. It’s been weeks, and I’m still waiting for a replacement part with zero updates.
This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers after they get your money. Poor communication, poor product quality, and even worse service. I strongly recommend staying away and finding a more reputable company.

Did not get what i ordered even tho I gave the specs to Dawn from the microwave I had previously. She picked the Kitchen Aid and twice I got one that they said wouldn't fit. I ended up with a Whirpool which was a hundred dollars more than Home Depot or Lowes and they charged me a restocking fee of $100 for the one I didn't get. The delivery person was rude, slammed the door so hard my picture fell off the wall. I had been a past customer, buying washer, dryer and dishwasher within a year and a half. Sad because I want to give locals my business. But a very bad experience. I paid the whole thing upfront in January and they had me over a barrel .I EVEN WROTE THE OWNER A LETTER AT WORK AND HOME. NO ANSWER
RUDE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY
PLUS MORE MONEY THAN BIG BOX STORE.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First the repair guy came to look at our LG washing machine that would not power up. He pushed the power button and nothing happened. We knew it wouldn't power up. Without removing a single tool or multimeter he said he would order a new controller. I asked him how he knew it was the controller. He got a fed up look on his face, covered by a mask. After questioning him, he finally took the back cover off and checked the fuse. The fuse was good and he said see, I told you it was a controller board. That should have been a first sign that everyone at this company hates there job. He said he would get the part ordered and contact us. Since this was a Friday afternoon, we didn't expect to hear from them till Monday. Monday comes and he calls saying the all parts for that washing machine are no longer made and we would have to buy a new washing machine. I hopped online and found the part in 30 seconds at the LG parts website. Contacted the company and a very rude lady answered. I told her what her tech said. Her words were if he couldn't find the part what makes you think you can. I informed her that I in fact found the part on the manufactures website. She got very irritated with me and said she doesn't care because they will not install the part at all. I strongly advise against using this company. They are lazy and unprofessional.

ABC Appliance had in stock the solenoids for my Kenmore gas dryer built in 2001. I had the dryer back in service the same day.

Heard really good reviews. Unfortunately a older gentleman showed up with a mask. No problem you would think. However it looked as if he used it in the bathroom as toilet paper, it was gross. He didn't diagnose a problem. He had no clue, it was kinda sad really. Couldn't answer any questions at all. I actually paid him so he would leave. Maybe you can get lucky and have a different technician.

Called them to fix our leaking washing machine. We paid for the initial visit, then they ordered a part. It was the wrong part, so they had to order a new one. It’s been 5 weeks now and we paid them $550 in total. A week later, the washing machine is leaking again.

Repairman came out and ordered $450 part due to the error code. I was told the part could not be found cheaper anywhere else. It’s been 2.5 weeks and the part is still not in. A friend visiting from Colorado offered to take a look at my machine. He had it fixed and running within 10 minutes. (He simply removed the filters and cleaned them … which preceded the part that was ordered for $450.) Out of curiosity, my friend checks Amazon for the $450 part and there it was for $42.99 with a 2 day delivery! I totally got bamboozled and paid $129.99 for the repairman to come out to accomplish absolutely nothing but a big headache and loss of money. I expect much more from a “professional” company. Never again.

Do not use this company or repair facility. I thought they would be a local, trustworthy, and honest company. My LG dishwasher was broken. They came to diagnose and told us to contact LG. As told I contacted LG and was told to give the information for the repair facility. When I called ABC appliance the following day since the tech came AFTER their phone hours, Joyce met me with an unpleasant phone call explaining that they don’t do LG warranty work and getting LG parts is “hard and takes a long time.” I understand this is a policy, but it was NEVER communicated to me prior to a $130 visit that lasted 5 minutes. There is no manager and no solution. She told me “you accepted the call when you committed to us coming out.” Great service for hiding the fact that my appliance is one they don’t work on?
The final piece people need to know is that they have a “recorded line.” This is not told to customers or as a recording before they answer. They have them saved as she told me she could go back to check if I shared my appliance type and warranty. This is against the law.
If I could give 0 stars so would. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this one deserves to be shared.

Horrible customer service, especially Joyce who answers the phones. Never receive call backs for follow on service calls- have had 2 prior service visits where they cannot figure out and fix the issue.

Very professional technicians and fixed our broken refrigerator for under $300. I will definitely be using ABC again!
