We bought our fireplace on March 1st it never got installed till April 21st. When the installers left we saw 2 dents in it. Top and bottom on right side were dented and it must have been dropped. No one said a word they knew it was damaged and installed it anyway… very unhappy customer.

Best customer service around. I can use any hardware store if I know what I need to buy, but Costello’s is THE place to go if I ever have a question or know I will need assistance. A couple days ago I had what I would characterize as my “usual” five star experience when I needed some deck refinishing products. Brandy was immensely helpful finding exactly what I needed to include the right accessories, and along with her colleague Jeff, made sure the color was the exact one I was after. Store selection was great as always, prices are fair - sometimes a little more than Home Depot/Lowes but worth it for the stellar customer service! Thanks Brandy! Thanks Ace!!

We were looking for furniture for our new deck and Kathy was very helpful, spending time with us discussing our needs, exploring different vendor options and finding the right products for us. We we are also pleased with the delivery team and the care they took with our purchase.

Went in to buy a grill after striking out at another location and Jeff was a huge help!! He set us up with an order for a cover and helped us pick out two kinds of pellets that are new-user friendly.

Nicely updated and organized home, garden, and hardware store. The garden center has a plethora of plants and pots. The garden center has been enlarged, and a new checkout "barn" will be opening soon. I like how well stocked and organized the store is compared with past years. It's more pleasant shopping here now. Good coupons available, too. Helpful staff.
