The store is always understaffed, especially in the pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. Drive thru will simply shut down mid day for lunch with people already in line. Slow and inefficient.

The CVS pharmacy in Edgewater was able to fulfill a subscription that the CVS in Reva festival was not able to fulfill. The reason the Reva festival CVS was unable to fulfill this prescription is because there was no pharmacist. For this reason and past experiences, I will be moving my prescriptions to the Edgewater CVS

Worst pharmacy, all the time their system it's down, or they can not see your name in the system.

Came in on a Thursday to order controlled meds for my teen. I thought the meds were ordered but didn't receive a text that they were in. I returned on Tuesday to pick them up but the med hadn't even been ordered yet (they aren't kept in stock)!
Again didn't receive a text that the med was in but my child was sick so I waited until today to pick it up. She's been without meds for 3 days but the pharmacist hasn't processed it!
Yes, chronically understaffed.

I feel this is the worst pharmacy on the planet. 1. They do not answer the phone.2. Their website does not work.3. They do not care... at all.4. They will charge your insurance company on scripts they never filled.I transferred all my scripts to a competing pharmacy. My Dr even said she will not call them. Just move everything over on your own. Thought the nightmare was over. Nope. They locked up my insurance company's process saying they already filled them... now I am without my meds. Thanks CVS. You are without a doubt, the worst.

This pharmacy is awful. The male pharmacist is so disrespectful and rude. I am not sure if it's just to women or everyone. Unfortunately reviews for pharmacies don't matter because people still need to get their medicine. He clearly treats everyone horribly after reading all the other reviews.

This pharmacy has made huge improvements over the past several months. It was a mess of unfilled prescriptions, long lines, and generally dissatisfied customers (as well as staff). Now it seems well run and efficient. Happier employees and customers.

Pharmacy closed bc the Pharmacist failed to show up. This store continuously has staffing issues and never has meds ready on time. Never again!!

This is a terrible pharmacy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their automated systems do not work. When you do manage to get a refill ordered it is NEVER ready when you arrive. They will stay just a minute, walk back and then come and tell you, it can be filled in 20 minutes if you wait. This is a ridiculous waste of time and NOBODY CARES at CVS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Am sick now and have prescriptions ordered by my doctor. Would prefer not to go to CVS and get everyone else sick, so have now been on hold for an hour. Ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Actually, I wouldn’t give this pharmacy any stars, but the survey wouldn’t allow it. Chronically short staffed pharmacy. Getting through on the phone is impossible. I’m changing our insurance so we are not forced to go there.

nextdoor.com/p/BN5XYWY6z…Anyone who has been unduly injured or suffered unnecessarily due to the gross mismanagement of a CVS pharmacy in this area is welcome to join me in a Class Action Lawsuit against CVS. On 11-13-2022, CVS #2033 located at 3025 SOLOMONS ISLAND ROAD in Edgewater, MD, closed for the day without notifying the general public or its customers. This has caused unneeded pain and suffering and provides standing for those wanting to sue for damages. I have serveral documented incidnets where senior citizens were made to leave home, unneccesarily, to make repeated trips to CVS because the staff was unhelpful. Citizens can work with our state, and in some cases federal, elected officials to single out those responsible and report their behavior to the Maryland Board of Pharmacy. One can find such pharamcists at the State of Maryland site - mdbop.mylicense.com/Veri….Here is the firm we may use - lonnielawoffice.com/prac….Thank you.
