The pharmacy here is awful. I switched to the CVS in Target at Towne Centre a while back because of the rudeness of the staff here. The staff make you feel subhuman and disrespected every time you have any interaction with them. It’s worth the drive to the one in Target to not be spoken to the way the pharmacy staff here communicate.

The customer service is terrible. I've had so many issues that I finally changed to the Safeway on Central Ave. I understand hiccups occur on occasion in a busy business, but there seems to be an issue almost every time. But the reason for leaving is how they address those issues - it's never their fault and you are inconveniencing them by bringing the issue to their attention or having them do a modicum of work. This attitude seems to stem from the pharmacist himself and gives me no faith that service will ever improve.

The employees at this CVS Pharmacy have always been helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They are usually very busy and working hard to keep things moving so customers don't have to wait too long. Today, Ross, was very thorough in making sure I received both of my prescriptions.

I stood in line for 10 minutes while a pharmacist just walked around doing nothing.There were 2 on duty and one person being waited on.This was crazy, I hate coming to this CVS.

I had a rush order for my child’s amoxicillin that I waited a whole hour to receive because all they needed was an approval from the Pharmacist man who was clearly skipping prescriptions because I was the first few who got there and the last one to leave after 2 other rushes! Y’all need people who know what they’re doing, and more staff because this is actually not okay. I sat and watched the employees while I was waiting and the employees completely ignored the customers standing at the registers and went on with conversations and then all the sudden they notice the customers and asking the customers if they’ve been helped?! is this a joke? this is very unprofessional especially for being in the medical field.
I just want to say thank you to the tall gentleman who was unpacking things next to me asking if i’ve been helped and took care of my prescription for me so i no longer had to wait! If it wasn’t for him I probably would still have been there longer!

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and then another 30 minutes inside and still haven’t received help. Horrible pharmacy.

Great experience! Friendly / helpful employees. As a new customer I can't understand why this does not have better ratings. I called last week with a question, left a message they got back to me within an hour. Went over today to pick up a prescription, everybody at the pharmacy counter was friendly and helpful. Was in and out of there in no time. Great job!

CVS manages the prescription plan for my health insurer & it stinks. This one was initially an improvement over the others, but that has since evaporated. Been waiting over 2 weeks to get a fairly common medication refilled. Tried for the 3rd time today only to learn it was still back ordered. I asked why the delay & the young lady waiting on me said it was because their warehouse had not shipped it to them. (Duh!) I asked why they had not shipped it to them & she said she didn’t know, but (here’s the good part), they had plenty of it at a store a couple of miles away. Mind you, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to get this prescription filled. So, I asked why they just didn’t transfer sone stock from the store that had the drug to their store. Or why they didn’t just send me to the other store 2 weeks ago. Her 3 word answer…”I don’t know”

Pharmacy is horrible! The lady serving the medication acts as if you are not human being bringing income to a business. They will leave you at the counter then tell you 10mins later you can have a seat. This is after you was seen by the on site clinic and they never acknowledged your order for 20 mins which was sent from the onsite clinic. I won’t be going back, to be in a good area in the DMV it’s really disappointing

The drive-through is always closed, which is a big inconvenience when you have kids or can’t run inside to grab any prescriptions.
