This is a terrible pharmacy that will not communicate with you. The only way to get information is to go straight to the pharmacy, in person, and ask. Any phone call will lock you into a repetitive maze of automation and you will receive texts, sometimes, that give you little or no data. I cannot discourage anyone from using this trash heap enough. Do not use it.

CVS / AETA corporate is horribly run. Excellent employees get the blame for CVS's promise to over-deliver, yet under-perform. Third day in a row that needed medications have not been delivered by the contractor, despite having the prescription at the pharmacy for over a week. This happens on a regular basis. The best thing one can do is go somewhere else; i.e. support a small business pharmacy that is fighting to stay in business while CVS tries to put them out of business. This way CVS / AETNA might get a clue when profits and stock go downhill.

I had a strange interaction with a cashier several days ago that I think is worth noting. He was a young man with dark hair and glasses. I did not have a CVS card and I told the cashier that I didn’t want one. He seemed to accept this at first before bringing up a $5 coupon and telling me “I’m going to sign you up. I don’t want you to miss it.” I insisted that it was fine and he kept insisting that he was going to sign me up anyway.I gave in because I thought it would be a quick and easy process, but it turned into an ordeal with him asking my email at least three times and then reaching over me to the pin pad to consent to text and email marketing on my behalf, which I did not consent to him doing.THEN he insists that we have to do two transactions so I can use the coupon today. He keeps saying “I don’t want you to miss it.” Again, I give in thinking this will end the interaction finally. He tells me after I’ve already hit email receipt on the first transaction that I needed a print receipt to get the coupon all while scoffing and rolling his eyes at me.In the end, it took 20 minutes of my life. I saved no money and I have a cvs card and marketing emails that I didn’t ask for. He was rude and condescending my and consented to things on my behalf, despite having no power to do so, seemingly in the name of boosting his own numbers. I assume, if he’s doing this to me, it has happened to others.

This place is a joke. Received a $5 coupon from a pharmacy order. Went to use it at the front checkout. They wouldn't let me. They said I had to use it at pharmacy and pharmacyObviously they don't want to honor the coupon. They just want to lure u in. And, the pharmacy sucks, always out of stock on meds and service is the worst. I actually would give them a negative 100 rating I'd I could was closed

Yep... same as all other reviews. Horrible service. The actual worst. 90 minutes on the phone... still on hold.Anywhere is better than here. F on the BBB website.Complete ineptitude. Gross incompetence.Wow- an update... called "customer care" at corporate... they said to wait on hold... I called when they opened. Still on hold.4 hours.Last update. Wow, just wow. DO NOT GO THERE.CVS... watch this... I am transferring my scripts to a competing pharmacy further away. I think you are that horrible... "horrible" that's being really nice. You will never get a penny from me again. Not that you actually care.

I work at a medical office. I attempted to call this pharmacy to correct an error that they made with a patient's prescription, and was put on hold for 90 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back, the automated system said that the pharamcy is closed due to a lunch break, which is presumably why they hung up on me. Steer clear of this pharmacy.

Literally about the worst pharmacy you can go to. I have tooken my girlfriend here to get her medicine quite a few times no one answers the phone have you waiting for an extensive amount of time I just feel sorry for people who truly need their medicine and the staff acts like they don't care I feel like there needs to be a new manager and more employees running the store in a better manner and to take out of time out of my day to write this is crazy and you should have a good experience anywhere you go if there was a button for zero Stars I wouldn't even be given them one star review it's pretty sad something needs to be done

I cannot fathom the depths of incompetence exhibited by every staff member. Nothing works, so they blame CVS. Based on their personal recommendations, I have to go elsewhere. Favorite quote from others here "Have the common decency to recommend new customers to other pharmacies if you can’t handle the ones you have now."

Worlds slowest pharmacy, no urgency whatsoever. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told to comeback later even when I’m told it’s ready. I guess I can’t complain too much though cause I clearly haven’t learned my lesson because I continue to go back…so not all their fault but mostly

If i could rate a -10 experience at this establishment I would. Are you even open at any point during the week? Every time I go to obtain critical medication, you are closed. Why not post your hours online so customers know not to waste their time traveling to a closed location? The lines when you are open are astronomically long. I will attribute that to your lack of availability during the week. The problem here lies that when I have a prescription filled here , the medicine is unobtainable. Other pharmacies will deny the prescription because it was “filled” with you all—which entirely sounds like you are “completing” the prescriptions to be reimbursed by insurance companies and whenever its convenient to you, you fill the prescriptions. That’s the CLASSIC nature of a poor provider in a healthcare plan. Im sure CVS has functional locations but if you’re looking for any reliability in your healthcare another location will serve you better.

Zero stars is not an option. It needs to be for this place. They are TERRIBLE!This is a terrible pharmacy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their automated systems do not work. When you do manage to get a refill ordered it is NEVER ready when you arrive. They will stay just a minute, walk back and then come and tell you, it can be filled in 20 minutes if you wait. This is a ridiculous waste of time and NOBODY CARES at CVS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Am sick now and have prescriptions ordered by my doctor. Would prefer not to go to CVS and get everyone else sick, so have now been on hold for an hour. Ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Exactly what others are saying. No staff .. wait forever.. drive thru closed ... etc. If you need medicine fairly quickly this isn't the place. Cvs needs to do better... much better.

Absolutely the WORST!! Thos place is a joke. Go somewhere else, any place is better. Consistently they do not have our prescriptions ready, the lines are ridiculous and they are constantly understaffed, because it's awful.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for them to close the window right when it was my turn!!! Ridiculous!Requested a refill 5 days ago. Medications still not ready for pick up. It’s the same thing ever time. Very long wait lines also. Unacceptable for a pharmacy. Will have to drive out of my way and use a different CVS location in the future.
