The online experience is complemented very well with a great in-person experience. I showed up to my unit, only to realize I had selected the wrong size unit. Angelica was there to help me to quickly make the necessary changes and adjustments. Angelica makes my visits fun and personable.

Very clean and convenient, but at the six month point they started regular and substantial rate increases. They will not honor the rates they advertise for any other unit unless you completely move out for a day. Great for six months or less.

I must say that this Public Storage location was extremely clean and very safe. The staff were very helpful especially Ms. Angelica. It was my pleasure to visit this location. Many blessings to the staff, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Angelica was incredibly helpful and kind through my whole process of trying to find a storage unit. She was incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable in helping guide me through this process as it was my first time. Highly recommend going to her!

I was accidentally charged for two units when I started my lease in May. I was told that I would receive a refund for the extra charge shortly afterwards. Two weeks passed and no refund. I went to the location and talked to staff on two separate occasions and was told to "give it a couple of weeks". I still have not received a refund for the extra charge nearing $500. This company has no problem taking the money out of my account automatically every month, but seems to have trouble correcting a simple wrong. I would like the money that was taken from me in error to be returned.

I just want to commend PS for hiring such great talent! The young man named Dylan was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the figuring out the unit size I should consider. If PS keeps hiring and promoting young employs like Dylan, they'll be in business for a very long time!

I have stayed at many storage facilities through the years and this is easily one of my best experiences at a location. The cleanliness is unmatched. Angelica and Dylan are friendly and have helped any issue that has risen through my stay. Other than the price increases everything at this location is perfect! Would recommend storing here.
