They are wonderful here if you have unlimited amount of money to purchase brand new tires. However, in my case, one tire was not OK And with the structural integrity of it Was not able to be repaired. The only option here is to purchase a brand new tire. As a mother of three supporting my family that was not possible. They seemed frustrated and irritated with me when I told them I did not have the money for a brand new tire And to please put the donut back on. The quote for a new set of tires was over $900. I went in Mayo to the little shop. That’s interested in helping people and purchased a used tire that was in my budget. Mr. tire is doing a disservice to the community by not offering used tires But that’s their choice. I would recommend not getting emotional and seeming irritated with customers when they cannot afford your prices.

I provided tires since I sourced them at a better price. Made an appointment online. The tires were installed before my time window was up. No issues and employees were professional and friendly. Reasonable labor rate and quick turnaround.

Appallingly bad service at the Edgewater, MD shop. Took daughter's car in for a routine oil change and the tech found an oil leak we had not known about (no yellow light, no oil puddles), ignored it, put new oil in, managed to strip the threads of the drain plug so it couldn't close, and told their internal manager, who ignored it as well and let us take the car as if nothing was wrong. Disaster was averted when she unexpectedly came home early from her nursing shift in Baltimore, driving back before all of the new oil had drained, but with the RED oil light on and the car actually beeping at her during the last few miles. By then the sun was up and we found the overnight oil puddle in the driveway. Criminal negligence! We will never use Mr. Tire or their parent company Monro ever again, and neither should you!

I purchased four new Cooper tires for my commuter vehicle. Zach was super helpful and I felt the prices were fair. Fortunately they had a sale going on at the time if you buy three tires the fourth was free. I was in and out the same day.

Great experience and service by Zack was exemplary. I came just before they were closing and he made sure my tire was repaired within the hour so I could travel back to my state.
