Nice shop that is well-supplied. Just as the name suggests. They have a plethora of stock of every kind that is pet-related. The aisles were very well marked and there was something for any kind of pet owner. There is a "Dog Wash" inside too.
The main reason for the less than positive rating is that the staff was not at all friendly. It was not in any way busy and we were two of the three customers in the shop. There were two staff members present which is a very good staff:customer ratio of 2:3. Yet, we were not greeted or even asked if we could be helped. We were inside for at least 10 minutes and not a single comment was made to us. It was like we were invisible.
I know I probably won't go back, unless it's a dire emergency pet need. And as it turns out, we were pet shopping and bought birds, a large cage, and supplies today. But unfortunately for this local shoppe, one of the big chains won out in the end because of their acknowledgement and better customer service even though their customer:staff ratio was more like 2:16. Local businesses have to try harder...just like Avis!

Do not take your doodle here! We took our bernadoodle here for grooming based on several good reviews but will never be back. Our sweet fluffy dog came back to us unrecognizable. We had asked to have him groomed at a medium length but instead, without being consulted, he was shaved to his skin leaving several areas of exposed skin. There were multiple areas that were missed or unevenly groomed and his tail was left untouched. They also did not trim his nails as stated is part of the service. When I called, they had me bring him back in but instead of really trying to remedy the situation just gave me lots of excuses as to why the job was poor. The manager and groomer were very condescending when speaking to me acting as if I did not understand dog grooming. If they felt they could not have given him a good grooming I wish they would have called and had us go somewhere else instead of butchering our poor dogs hair. Or at least consulted with us before the decision was made to shave him completely down. I also do not think he was treated well while in their care which was evident of how scared he was to return. His hair will hopefully grow back but until then we will miss our fluffy snuggly puppy.

Kennedy & Krista have been so kind and understanding with my 2 fur babies as this was the first grooming experience away from mom! My boys will be back next month as they looked handsome, clean & soft! They also got a free bag of cookies for rebooking which was a nice surprise! Many thanks again to all the staff as that they are very helpful ever time we come in :) Highly recommend!!

I enjoy buy my pet supplies and dog washes from Pet Supplies Plus. Staff is always friendly and they are prompt to help get towels to dry my dog. One of the last few self pet wash locations around, highly recommended!

we love shopping and supporting small businesses especially in small towns like Edgewater. We recently purchased 2 Seresto dog collar which is the same collars we have always used on our dogs. We noticed our one dog is still having issues with fleas. We called to exchange 14 days in only to be informed that the 30-day refund does not apply to any medicated items, “try contacting the brand for a refund” was their solution.

I love this Pet Supplies Plus and the store on Bay Ridge Ave in Annapolis. The employees are always polite and professional. They are always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend these 2 stores for your all your pets needs. If I could give 10+ stars on these 2 stores, I would.

Great store. All employees are very friendly and prices are reasonable. Kennedy in grooming is the best we have ever experienced - we get a new dog each bath. The prices, services, and quality for grooming is unbeatable. Highly recommend this location for all your pets needs.
