ATM is broken every Friday without fail… for well over a year now. Just go to Annapolis & save yourself the wasted time. This whole branch has gone downhill since Joanne retired.

Employees are very rude.I went to put cash in the ATM one morning. I unfortunately didn't count it because it was a lot of $1.00 bills that I had in my dresser for a while. The ATM said it could not deposit it and didn't return all my money. I called the number on the screen they said the best thing was to just go inside. The whole time the woman was rude to me. Questioning why I didn't make an appointment? Why I didn't no how much much I had exactly? and just on and on. I finally said that's it I am done and left. Never even got my money back. Currently working on cancelling my account but due to banking with them for years all my auto pay is connected to the account so it's a pain switching.

The staff here has been very helpful and kind! They have assisted me with my foreign currency and are always able to answer my account questions.

Horrible customer service! Their ATM took my credit card. When I asked about retreiving it, I was told that it's not their problem. I would need to call my own bank, which is fine. I was then told that it had been happening all day and they had put in a call to fix it. In the meanwhile, they refused to post a notice that the ATM was malfunctioning. Unacceptable!!!! The clerk then proceeds to turn around and walk away.

Staff-Roxane is focused and effective! One of the very last Banks OPEN on Saturday! Roxane educated me to a hidden option, that being a Branch ofc in nearby Giant food store with extended hrs on Saturday etc. She follows procedures to and beyond the Letters of her Laws, but transactions are smooth and effective! She is Prompt-Pleasant & very Professional. There is a critical need for more Personnel on Saturday!
