Had an Amazon package delivered here for whatever reason and I wasn't able to pick it up because the package was addressed to my husband. We have the same address and my license lists the same. I was told he has to come and pick it up.

I always get efficient service when I go to UPS. The representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and process my package in a timely. The location is convenient for me.

When they’re here they’re super friendly and knowledgeable though.

I can’t thank the team at this UPS Store enough for going above and beyond to help me retrieve a lost item. Lorenzo and Ms. Cathie were absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their dedication and customer service truly stood out. I have used this store for many years and have always had a good experience. Tuesday, March 25, I stopped in to drop off 4 Amazon returns. The store was busy, and I decided to try out the self return. All went as well as a self checkout could, so I waited for my Amazon return notification. In all the many times of returning items, it only takes a couple of hours at worst. Nothing from Amazon for 3 days. So, today, Friday, I stopped in for some help with the 4 items I dropped off. Went to the counter, told them my issue and was asked if I had contacted Amazon? I was given a phone number and told I would be dealing with a machine. The story goes on and on, and what a pain in the REAR it all was. Anyway, back on track. I processed 4 returns, and all 4 returns were lost in the system. I never had an issue when I handed return items to a human at The UPS Store. I very much dislike self checkout and will stand in line for a human no matter how long the line is.

I had a great experience cuz the staff member ( Connor ) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and even went the extra mile to guide me.

The EDGEWATER location specifically is the location I can properly review since I go here quite often. The staff here is always knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time is never long at all if any and this location is always clean with plenty of parking out front.
