Had a wonderful experience. Everything was handled perfectly. Mr. Johnson was kind, thorough, professional, and friendly. Other staff assisted when I couldn’t remember my password. I’ve been coming to the Edgewater location for over 15 years. And although the staff changes, the same courtesy and attention to detail remains. People! Don’t go to another location if you want quality assistance.

Terrible wait times to complete simple tasks. I’ve been to this location 3 - 4 times, different days, different times, still the same. Not coming back and I would not recommend this location. No urgency or concerns for customers sitting around wasting their time.

I had to get a new Samsung yesterday. Chris was great, he spent over a hour transferring all my information over. He thought he was going to have to make me input all my contacts again. He refused to give up and finally did it. If you need to get anything done there ask for him.

Ordered a phone for pickup at this store. Called the store after three days with no word, and they told me it was ready for pickup.
Drove to the store, and they said "Oh, that order was cancelled three days ago."

I arrived at the Verizon store with a list of questions about my iPhone. Some of the questions were related to technical problems and ultimately decided to get a new phone. Customer service representative was Gabby and she was nothing short of excellent. She not only went over my plan details and my options for a new phone Also spent countless hours trying to help me transfer my data. She offered solutions to the problem In a timely manner yet continued to assist me in solving the problem At that time. She maintained professionalism while also encouraging an environment of fun. Her coworkers were present, offering solutions as well all well shedding light on the situation. It was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with Verizon as a customer

I was having cloud storage problems and went to the Verizon store in Edgewater, where I live. Issac was most helpful to me and it was not a Verizon issue. He was courteous and professional. He is Exhibit A why I stay with Verizon! Thanks, Issac!
