I was at AutoZone Auto Parts at the Edgewood location. It truly was a great experience. The Commercial Sale Manager Customer Satisfaction Part Expert Shawn Lewis was excellent! He was extremely professional, helpful, understanding, caring ang kind. He helpful with my front and back wiper blazers on QX30 - Infiniti. He selected a great pair of wiper blazer front and back. I definitely feel that Shawn Lewis should get a raise for doing such a great job! He went above and beyond his job! He did do a wonderful and great job! Thank you for hiring such a wonderful and great worker Shawn Lewis!

Most helpful Autozone Staff - Mr Begg Jr, my car was scratched real bad by hit and go driver. Came to Autozone confused how to remove the scratches, Mr Beggs came out of the store to see the car scratches outside in the rain. Told me what to get and then beyond my expectation, buffed the car with the product outside in the heavy rain and amazingly removed all the scratches. I’m now Autozone Customer for Life

The attention of the workers in this store is the worst. I came to ask about some batteries for my car key and they told me they didn't know. I asked them if they could open it so they could see what type of battery it was, they told me they couldn't either. I decided to cross the street and go to Advance Auto Parts and it was the opposite, they helped me with everything. Don't go to Autozone and you'll avoid a bad time.

The one in Edgewood is AWFUL. The guys are eager to help and have bad attitudes. One saw me coming in the door behind him and purposely let it shut on me. They're not willing to answer questions and act like you're just a bother when you walk in. I'll be avoiding this one!

Always takes 20 minutes to leave this place, some of the employees are great but then you have that one that just keeps talking and talking and talking, then another employee comes and starts up a brand new conversation and I'm just standing there, just waiting, for him to finish so he can go back to scrolling and pretending to be searching for a sparkplug, A SPARKPLUG, he looked for 15 minutes for A SPARKPLUG!
