Worst Gas Station Ever !!!
Rented a UHAUL Today Pickup to be exact and the pickup truck had so many Issues!!
Didn't reverse , Kept Beeping the Oil service and check engine light was on!! I let the Gas Clerk and Older Man Know And he did absolutely Nothing about it !! Still paid full price and everything Never again will I be back to Rent anything ever again.

The worst gas station I’ve ever been to. I stopped here in the middle of a long road trip to fill up and use the restroom. I was told I was not allowed to use the restroom despite the fact that I was about to give them $75 for gas. Asked if it was a law to let paying customers use your restroom and the nasty man simply shook his head. Happily left and went to the 7/11 down the street. Much cleaner, much nicer people, and even cheaper gas. This is the dirtiest BP I had ever been inside. Not a good look for the company as a whole.

I went to that gas station the other day, I wanted to buy me a water And soda with my bp card . The older man was really rude and disrespectful and told me I couldn’t buy a water and a soda, I needed to spend five dollars or more on a BP card???? That’s most definitely illegal!!! You could spend whatever you want on a BP card there’s no charge!!! I will be writing letters and someone will be investigating soon . Biden said people need to start being held accountable ? Well let’s see

Do NOT rent U-Hauls from here - so many better options available.We rented a van for a 6 hour window over the weekend and when we went to pick it up, it wasn't there. Come to find out, our order was cancelled by the BP station because we weren't there right at the beginning of our 6 hour rental window. They tried to call but did NOT leave a message, so as someone who doesn't answer unidentified numbers until they leave a message, I did not call back or even suspect it would be the BP trying to call. When I spoke to them after sitting in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes trying to figure out what happened, I was put on hold for a while and was then told that my order was cancelled because they were busy and because I didn't answer the phone. I also found out they charged me $50 for the whole experience.Absolutely terrible customer service. There are so many better places to rent from out there that it's not worth dealing with the people and lack of customer service here.

Be sure to get the associate to follow you outside for inspection & gas gauge reading. They charged me gas that was not stated on the receipt correctly versus where the gauge was physically when I started the truck. I used less than 10 miles,gauge didn't move. Don't let them get you!!
