I would give 0 stars if I could, they always move so slow. My PCP called a prescription in before 6:30PM and I literally waited over 2 hours to pick it up. You will get a text saying it’s being filled, then told come back in a few minutes, when you do come back it still isn’t ready. I have been in line about 3 times. They told me right before close the medication I needed wasn’t available, then 5 minutes later the pharmacist told the lady at the register they have it. Also, the drive thru serves 1 car every 20-45 minutes. They’re awful!

If I could offer zero stars I would, most particularly for this CVS, but also for the chain as a whole at this point. I almost never write a negative review, if that gives any indication of how upset I am.In recent history, I’ve gone to a CVS located in a Target where the pharmacy never returned from lunch and neither Target nor CVS provided any explanation, had my medications confirmed as ready only to be told upon arrival that they had no prescription, etc etc. The inability to speak to a pharmacy rep directly due to the voicemail system makes communication even more egregious. Now, my poor dog has been having a lot of health issues and needed a lung medication transferred from a veterinary hospital. I put the transfer request to this pharmacy location online, only to get a follow up that there was a problem and to call. I call, except of course you have to leave a voicemail, which I do. I get a call back hours later and place my order again, providing the veterinary phone number. They told me they’d have to order this medicine. I called today to check on this prescription, which he ideally needed today. I was forced to leave a voicemail again, only this time I received no call back after 5 hours. I went to the pharmacy to follow up directly. They couldn’t find the order, had no transfer, and hadn’t ordered the medicine. They called the other pharmacy, who had closed by then, and told me they couldn’t do anything if the pharmacy didn’t answer. I explained again that I had spoken to this CVS pharmacy yesterday, and followed up today, I.e. during business hours for the other pharmacy, receiving no return call. They pretty much told me it was on me, made no plans to remedy it, and I was left without the medication. They’ve lost my business entirely at this point.

If I could give negative stars I would give them all to this pharmacy. Besides being the slowest they are disrespectful & rude! There was 4 of us waiting in line at the pharmacy we had all been there within 15mins before they closed for lunch but because they are so insanely slow and don’t care about their customers they took an extra long time just so she could flip the switch and close the doors, smile at us all and say “we’re closed now”. I had been standing in line for 15mins holding my 2yo to finally get to the counter & she say we’re closed now. This pharmacy needs to be shut down & all its employees put through training on how to do their jobs.

Do Not EVER use this pharmacy. I waited in the drive thru for 40mins and came inside to wait another 30. No exaggeration at all. The woman at the front desk is causally walking around like there's not a line full of people waiting. They do not have enough people working here.

The medication line at the pharmacy was very quick, and helpful. I was third in line & still out of there in 10 minutes.

It's not that bad. The cashier always speaks when I come in the front door. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. I absolutely love the Pharmacy though,....patient with my questions and concerns while trying to keep things moving.

This is the worst pharmacy service ever now you can’t even call to get a live person. I needed my medicine but can’t reach anyone to help me with my order of course just pathetic

Worst pharmacy. Employees are awful at the pharmacy. I've had issues before but today topped all of them. I've had a prescription on back order for 2 weeks. They were supposed to reach out in 2 days of our being out of stock to let me know the status... It's been 2 weeks. It's medicine for my thyroid which I've had removed due to cancer, medicine I need everyday for my body to function normally.I ended in being in PA so I checked in with the CVS there and they have it in stock! They just needed me to cancel the one in progress at this location. Well apparently they started some automated phone system that says somebody will call you back in the next 3 or so hours and to leave a message. I contacted the front desk and explained the situation that I was only going to be at this other CVS for the next hour or two and needed the medication from them. They put me through to the pharmacy and a woman answered, who I also explain the situation to, she refused and insisted that I needed to call back and use the automated system and wait for a call back in the next several hours, or come in. When I explained the situation again saying I needed this medicine and why and that I was in PA she again refused and then hung up on me!I then had my boyfriend go to the pharmacy for me whithin the next 20 minutes to do it in person since I am desperate for this medicine. I spoke to the gentleman that helped him and he apologized and said that lady should have been able to cancel it for me. I asked who the woman was that hung up on me and was so extremely rude to me (wanted to file a complaint against her, which I never do), so he asked the few women there who it was. They all denied it! So not only is this person a straight up awful employee but also a horrible person & liar.

I haven't seen the drive thru open in months. The phone system does not allow you to speak to anyone, it just recommends the website. Because of lack of drive thru, there was a patient literally vomiting into a bag while waiting in line for their medication.
