It's ExxonMobil, good fuel, but dated structure/parking lot. There is an abandoned payphone, old air machine, an awkward entrance/exit, the convience store is closed at night, and the fuel pumps have some light, but the surrounding area is dimly lit. It is also right before a police station.

The bathroom is outside with a dubious door lock and is disgustingly filthy. The place is dilapidated. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt with better sanitation and convenience.
