“Alexandria was amazing. She worked with us patiently until we were happy. She also created incredible designs of our bathroom floor and shower tiling. After wasting time looking around, my husband and I agreed she was the best. Great selection at The Tile Shop in Bel Air. Their selection of accent tile exceeds Floor and Decor! We went with a beautiful glass one we couldn't find anywhere else in addition to stone shower floor, and porcelain walls. Highly recommend.”
“Loren at BKT was the best designer I could have asked for. She really listened when I told her what I wanted. During the design process she showed my husband and me different options that were available but never tried to talk us into anything we didn't want or need and was considerate of our budget. She took the time to answer questions and address any concerns we had and never minded when we made changes. (If Loren wasn't available another designer ready and happy to help was.) She kept in touch with us during the renovation. Overall she reduced the stress level of a potentially very stressful process from start to finish and our new kitchen is beautiful. I could write more but then this review would be very lengthy and no one would take the time to read it.”
