Tommy and Amy are amazing and so very talented! I've gone to other places and have always ended up disappointed and have come back here to get them fixed (don't worry Tommy i only go other places when someone else is paying!)

Awful experience if I could give zero stars I would! They didn’t ask what I wanted before they started and what I got was trash, nail shape and paint was terrible, they didn’t take care of my cuticles and they became raw, also not customer focused and can get attitudes! I immediately the next day got my nails completely redone elsewhere..:waste of money

Awful experience. Given half way pedi mani no scrub or massage. Cuticles were not taken care of for feet or hands. Refused to do anything I liked or wanted for nail art. Cut nails incorrectly then reluctantly fixed them. Used dirty brushes even after asking her to clean them, because they were noticeably filthy, given that she pointed it out. To end it all I asked to have the paint removed from my skin and she said no it will come off with water. Nails look like I could have done better. Not happy with how aggressive she was the entire time.

me and my family has coming to here senice 2019 and my sister came along and was telling lies then we come in and tommy was being and rude with my nails and my child and he not fair he just sits there and takes in walk in's before me and I have a appt and he just a rude person I speak the stuff they speak I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK ANY TMIE SOON

Very unprofessional, speak in their language talking about customers and body shamming, they didn't know I understand their language.
Poor work ,very rushed and still charged me even when I said I wasn't happy
Manager very rude
Took her 16 minutes to complete a whole pedicure including soaking

Went in new to the area. Nails were a mess, left very thick and bumpy and went in to get my eyebrows done, told $15 and she barely touched them.

I went here for a liquid gel fill in. I had a broken nail. The nail tec did not have the experience or skill set to complete the fill. My broken nail was replaced and when she was done the nail stuck straight up. She had to redo the nail and it did not come out any better the second time. My nails were coffin shaped when I came but she couldn't figure that out at all. Thy also didn't have the pink color but had the audacity to charge 65 for a fill. I Paid 65 for a full set. They didn't have the skill set or proper product to charge that. Never coming here again.
That is not true this was my first and last time here. It's ok to admit she did not do a good job. The owner is VERY SASSY and did not address my concerns professionally, he just ignored me and looked at his phone. You could have addressed it at the shop instead of lying saying I gave you problems just because your tech did a horrible job and I'm voicing it.
