I've liked this store when had good sales, now told stores closed July 15, nearly empty shelves but item not marked down enough.

Such a shame my neighborhood pharmacy is closing. I don't usually get much here besides my prescriptions but they are always ready in a short amount of time and I am always alerted when its ready if I am occupied with other things. Not sure why they would get rid of this one. its the only one left standing after the others were disposed of.

I showed up at 4:55pm Sunday 3/9/25 and the pharmacy was closed. I attempted to reach someone at 4:45pm to inform them that I would be arriving before 5pm but of course no answer my prescription was sent from the emergency room the night prior I will be transferring my prescription to a closer pharmacy from my residence. Hours of operation don't mean much get here early.

I'm so glad the RiteAid store located on Edgewood Road stayed open. They have the nicest employees and it's always a pleasure to visit the store.

Always super nice and helpful! It saddens me to see these negative reviews simply because people don’t have patience. The people who works here are not robots they are human beings. The young lady at the front is always so very helpful with helping me pick out my nicotine gum.

My son picked up my three prescriptions at the Edgewood rite aid and he paid for three there was papers in there for three but there was only two prescriptions My 10 alphaposium were not there I called the pharmacist she said she rang it up and she knew that there was three prescriptions there but there was not three prescriptions in my bag when he got home they're not in his car he checked he never even opened the bag they folded the bag down and that's the way it was when he brought it into me and I opened it and said why is there only two prescriptions what happened to my third one he said I paid for three and the pharmacist didn't want to hear it she didn't want to discuss looking outside to see if it fell checking the security cameras because it was not in my bag when he got it and instead of trying to come to a solution she hung up on me

I went to this pharmacy for my mother to pick up her three prescriptions that I pick up every month I paid for three prescriptions the lady handed me the bag with my change in it rolled up the top of it was rolled up and I came home and handed it to my mother and there was only two prescriptions in the bag. After being on hold for 20 minutes when the pharmacist finally came back she swore that she put three prescriptions in the bag but yet I only had two so after screaming match between the two of us she finally hung up on me. I plan on taking all three of my monthly medicines to another pharmacy on next month when I have to refill them
