“I go to UPS Store in Fallston at least three times a week. I must say, this UPS store is the friendliest and most helpful around. (I've been to others which were a huge fail).. They have helped me with shipping, returns, packing items in special sized boxes and they just did a custom print order for me which turned out great. I HIGHLY recommend this UPS store over all others in the area!!”

My wife & I stopped in to inquire about Notary Service after our Navy Federal Credit Union dropped the ball on our appointment. Literally, as soon as I entered, Jared and a very nice lady WELCOMED me and with big smiles! Jared provided us with Service but BOTH were EXTREMELY NICE, PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, and HELPFUL!!

“For drivers get here overnight park on side street checking in the morning and wait for call they'll call you in to back up to tight docks in between 11-12pm they start unloading at 12pm now not 9:45am they switched up again. Parking on side is ok porta potty for those you don't value their lives lol also once you back in your door stay inside tractor take a nap they'll come out and sign your paperwork and you'll be on your way”

“Woo hoo!!! Never knew there was a UPS drop off at Advance Auto Parts. Saves from having to drive over to Emmorton Road.They don't have a printer to print a receipt but will email you. By the time I got in the car my receipt was in my inbox.”
