“I took my cat Stanley as a new patient after leaving Churchville Veterinarian. What a difference when you have a vet who cares about your pet. The staff is courteous, very helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Cianelli was so kind, understanding and took her time to explain Stanley’s medical issues. I could tell she really cared. She gave me options for treatment for Stanley and pricing, which I really like that. Normally you have to ask. I highly recommend Festival veterinarian clinic.”
“I brought my bunny here during a heart attack, unfortunately my bunny did not make it but at no fault of the vets. they did everything they could to save my boy and took immediate action with no hesitation, most vets will only take emergency situations if you are an existing patient but here there were no questions asked, just immediate care. after he was gone they showed so much compassion. they had never met me or my bunny before, yet they treated him with such amazing aftercare. he was wrapped up and i was talked through all afterlife services at my own pace, not once did they act like i was inconveniencing them or rushed. Dr. Heck was an amazing caretaker for my boy for the short time he was there. every other veterinarian i met were very kind and empathetic. truly the best vet i could have picked.”

“Today i had to put my 19 year old cat down. I didnt know what to expect from a new vet clinic. This clinic actually has a side door just for these sad/tough situations. No more sitting in a room with strangers while crying or trying your best not to. The exam room was very clean and everyone on their team was very helpfull, patient and took the time to listen to us. This our new vet clinic! Thank you.”

“A bit costly but the attentiveness of the people that worked there is amazing. They axtualy sat on the floor with me and my girl. Both vet dr and nurse. Made me feel like she was apart of this. “Don't judge a book for its cover is right about this little clinic. When I first drove up to the clinic I was having second thoughts bc the place looks rundown. However when you walk in the place is clean and the customer service is great. Yes the place is dated however the front desk staff was great and very welcoming. The vet assistant she was very nice and let me tell her all my concerns. The Dr. is also great she took her time in examining my furry kid and was very patient with all my questions and listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed, I left with a great feeling that my furry kiddos are going to have a great doctor.”

“I've been bringing my dog or should I say Dogs, here for 20 plus years. In my honest opinion, they're the the best they take their time to answer any question you may have. And explain it to you very thoroughly and what procedures you need to take or do to get your dog or cat healthy again they also call you to remind you when your pet is due to get there shots again the staff is also awesome and very helpful I wouldn't even think about taking my dog to any other vet hands down this place is the best and I thank them for there professalism and compassion and courtesy thank you to the whole staff for everything you did to save my dog”

“My wife and I just received a phone call, this facility is closing, TODAY. Unfortunately, the company that purchased them is shuttering the vets doors. Its a shame, we've used this vet for almost 15 years. Local, with staff that felt invested. A staff I now hopes finds an easy transition on the other side. I will be very sorry to see it go. “I just want to say that I just had to put down my best friend of 12yrs, and it hurts really bad! ?. Banfield was awesome during the entire process. I want to think the whole Banfield staff for the love, support and caring they showed Seabiscuit during his final hours of life, there are not enough thank yous that I can post to show how I really feel.
Secondly, I really want to thank Dr McLaughlin who was his main vet for his whole life, she couldn't have been more perfect for this situation, this being one of the toughest days of me and my wife's life. This woman was good sent, impressive and I'm just so grateful with how we were treated and the love they had for Seabiscuit.
Thank you all so very much! It will never be forgotten, and if we so happen to get another family member, we will be back for the world class care that was given to us.

“Love this vet office! The staff really love animals and care for your babies. They’re always quick to pick up the phone and I’m able to get an appointment quickly when needed. The doctors are always professional, kind, and honest. My primary there is Dr.Moffa who is a fantastic but I would trust any of the doctors there. Dr. Mark and Dr. Julie who run the practice are great!”
