Recently had a phone issue that required someone with more knowledge than myself. My ATT rep was so helpful and pleasant and constantly worked on solving my phone issue. I have been with ATT for many years and would highly recommend them. Thank you ATT.

Jonas is not only polite, he is so knowledgeable and very fast. Even if he is dealing with you, and someone else comes in the store. He will acknowledge that person to let them know they are important and he will be with them ASAP. Also, he's very good at multitasking. He can take care of several customers at a time without neglecting anyone. Jonas, is just a very personable guy and a great salesman. At&t is very fortunate to have him representing the store.

Kyle helped us immediately upon entering the store. We had lots of questions, and he explained all our inquiries in detail. Even when we did not understand the technology he was talking about, he spent time making sure we got it.

I came into AT&T to get my phone fixed for my business. Jonas was helping me out and let me tell you he did a phenomenal job! He informed me on information that I never knew could be possible; let alone was ever mentioned before. Long story short, I never got my phone fixed I walked out with a brand new phone with a business line added on the same phone with my personal number!! My phone will be fixed soon and Jonas will upgrading that one as well.
P.S. let’s not forget Jonas had 3 groups total including me plus two walk ins and made sure everyone had one on one help and was taken care of accordingly. His customer service is top tier! As a business owner I’d hire him on the spot.
