BW Primary Care is a well-staffed office with wonderful, professional, and caring doctors, PAs, and nurses. The staff is kind, personable, pleasant, and efficient. They are thorough and knowledgeable, always giving referrals when necessary. While busy, they are accommodating and do their best to meet patient needs, often providing same-day or quick appointments. The office manager is stellar, empathetic, and professional, quickly resolving any issues. The practice is extremely handicapped accessible. Patients report having positive experiences and receiving excellent care, with many choosing to remain with the practice for over ten years due to the high quality and trust they have in the providers.

I have always had positive experiences here. I have seen several NPs and all have been thorough and kind. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly as well. I see other comments saying that have trouble getting to the front desk, but in my years coming here I have never had that issue.

I have been going here for over 10 years now and everyone has been so pleasant. They have always been so accommodating especially if I need something right away. The office Manager Jessica is very professional and helpful. Jill the NP is extremely thorough with all she does and I trust her completely.
