Worst place to drop off FedEx packages. Store has refused multiple times to accept prelabeled FedEx express envelopes. FedEx should be ashamed to partner with this location. Store is poorly run and management is never any help.

We like using FedEx for mailing packages over a pound. The rates are often better than the post office, with faster times and better insurance.

We have a foreign exchange student staying with us who needed to send something via Fedex today. She speaks excellent English, considering that it's not her first language. Rather than helping, the man working there said she couldn't send it, talked too fast for her to understand, and yelled at her for not understanding. This is really unacceptable behavior. Having been there to send things myself and having been unimpressed with their customer service, I would recommend just going elsewhere. The FedEx is in Walgreens and the employees generally cannot be bothered to help.

This semi hidden drop box is great for shipping. 5pm pickup means stuffdone during the business day can be dropped off without visiting a shipping store.
