Freedom Fitness is a fantastic gym for all ages. The modern, positive vibe of the place is immediately contagious; it makes you want to work out and also causes you to feel like you’re doing something fun and meaningful with your day. The people there are kind and upbeat, and every person is welcome. While the environment is friendly and safe, you will most certainly be challenged and break your fitness barriers (I’m an ex-long-distance runner and longtime fitness enthusiast, and I was pushed). This gym is all about empowerment through a supportive community that truly wants you to succeed (rather than to one-up you). Freedom Fitness is a local treasure because, in addition to great in-person and virtual workout options, you also get to connect with an awesome community that will enrich your life.

Love this studio!! Breanna is great! Will be trying some of the other teachers and classes as well. Very clean and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

Love Freedom Fitness! This is the first gym I have ever felt comfortable going to. The teachers are so welcoming and supportive. The members are very friendly. They offer a wide variety of classes, mornings and evenings. All classes are offered in-person or virtually so it makes it easy to stick to your schedule. They offer a great 21 day trial to see if you like it and the monthly membership fee is very reasonable, no initiation fee. They also have many outside of the gym activities if you choose, so it feels like a community, highly recommend!!!

Freedom Fitness is a wonderful place to work out and have lots of fun while you're there! Great variety of classes, top notch instructors, and a very positive, welcoming atmosphere. Instructors and everyone you work out with make you feel part of the community. Every class is offered in-person, virtual and they are all recorded so you can take the class as your schedule allows. I have been a member for over 2 years and highly recommend Freedom Fitness!!

I passed Freedom Fitness many times before knowing it was there and how much I would enjoy the classes. I took a Zumba class and signed up for a two week pass and cancelled my gym membership shortly thereafter. I was given an opportunity to learn to instruct classes and love it! A warm and inviting environment with all sorts of classes that help me stay very active and connected to the community!

Love this fitness center! Classes only, which is exactly what I want. Love only paying for what I want and not the full gym with equipment I wouldn't use. All of the instructors are wonderful, the class variety is great with lots of times available. It really feels like a community too! Everyone is so nice and having a great time. Such a unique experience compared to many other group fitness classes I have done. Love this place!

I've been taking classes at Freedom Fitness since 2009 and cannot say enough good things about the instructors and the classes! All the classes are in person and virtual but I now take all my classes virtually.. live! (I use my laptop but have used my cell phone once). I keep my camera on so the instructors can give me feedback! Everyone is so friendly and accepting. I mostly take muscle pump, kettlebell and Zumba classes but there are so many other great choices as well! (yoga, palates, step, and more!) I love the upbeat positive vibes and highly recommend Freedom Fitness!
