“The person drawing my blood was kind and made conversation with me to get my mind off of it since I was a bit nervous. It was very quick and only the tiniest pinch at the beginning, which is expected. I liked going to Frederick previously because they gave me tips on how to raise my veins, like drinking water and squeezing your hand in a fist before the tourniquet is applied. Overall though, great experience.”

“I was in and out - very easy and friendly customer service. MORE importantly, I’m a bit skirmish about getting blood drawn, but when Mary drew my blood I literally felt NOTHING and it barely a mark left. I had to get blood drawn the next day at another lab from the other arm, and that was painful and I have bruising all around the entry point, and in my vein. If I have the choice, I will never go anywhere to get blood drawn, but to Mary at this Quest again. I’m going through a bit of a thing and have to get blood drawn again tomorrow and my doc tried to send me somewhere closer to his office but I said I chose this Quest instead.”
