I love this my eye doctor. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable. Aubrey Horton was so helpful in finding my daughter the right size glasses. I would highly recommend you stop by!

Update: Aubrey went above and beyond to resolve my concerns, she was patient, friendly, and understanding. Thank you.Paid for a set of contacts out of pocket and was told I needed custom ones that would take 6-8 weeks. 3 days later I got a call “they were in”. They were blurry and I had to go back to get “examined” where they gave me some temps to use while my custom ones were being made. The temps still suck and it’s been almost 6 months and I haven’t gotten a call or anything. I just want my money back.

The doctor herself rushed me when it came to reading the letters and which lens I could see better out of. The girl's that took care of the paper work for my glasses were super nice and didn't rush me. When I picked up my eye's I asked the girl if they were crooked she told me they wasn't. They felt off in some kind of way when I got home and looked they were crooked. The left side is at least an inch higher. So I have to go back for something that should've been taken care of that day.

I don't see why there are so many negative reviews on this location. They are the only ones who can actually complete my pre-screening tests (that puff of air...IYKYK), they always get me in and out in a timely manner and their prices are much better than other practices I've been to in the area. Dr. Cooper-Gregory is super knowledgeable. she caught an issue with a previous prescription on a recent visit and gave me multiple options when I was looking for a better brand of contacts. nothing but good things to say aboit this practice.

I walked in with no appointment and a pair of broken glasses. The receptionist was welcoming and immediately handed off the glasses to the technician to see if they could be repaired. Five minutes later they were fixed and returned to me at no cost. I was happily stunned. Thank you.

All of the staff were very kind and professional. The tech who did my pre exam tests was great, despite it only being her second day. Sun the lady who handled all the billing and frames was wonderful. The dr was great as well. Best of all, I wasn’t sitting in a waiting room for an hour, in out and on with my day.

They have been absolutely wonderful from the Receptionist to the girl that helps me with my frames! Highly recommend this place. The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

I have been a loyal customer since 2015. They have always sent me the right glasses and done a professional job until this year. The eye doctors there are great but I would never ever ever order glasses from there again. I ordered two pairs of glasses. One pair came in totally wrong, and they tried to get me to take them. Then they admitted that the glasses were wrong once I noticed (tried to give me the switch with a different pair I had been looking at) and blamed the Distributer. So they redid that order and then when the second pair of glasses came in they were two-tone when I had ordered all black. They claimed these were the ones I ordered and said they were the "black model" but they also said they didn't have that model on display anymore because it was out of stock and on back order. I found the all black model online and they told me to order it myself. They refused to provide the glasses I ordered and also refused to give me a refund. This business is very dishonest and I will never be back. I am considering legal action because it is so bad. I just wanted what I ordered or a refund of my order which was hundreds of dollars.

Such a great experience. From the ladies at the front desk to the Doc everyone was customer focused and very efficient and knowledgeable. Elena (not sure of spelling) and Sun were so great to work with! Highly recommend!!!

I've been a loyal customer for a decade. I arrived to have my new prescription written and during the first part of the exam I was snapped at by a staff member for "not following directions" when asked to stand on a small yellow X on the floor. All new proceedures I was told, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but every move I made to read the chart was criticized, and this staff person spoke to me like a child! Shortly after I see the doctor, while my eyes dilate and in clear distance of any customer in that store, I heard the two of them speaking about me with each other! Seems that the two were just hanging in the lunchroom and wow, with the door held open. How does it feel that a customer overheard you talk about him behind his back only to realize it is right to his face?I'm sorry if I made your day rough ma'am. I didn't know that the X was the only thing that mattered. I didn't know that I couldn't move from the X to lay the glasses down, the ones you'd asked me to take off? And as for the doctor, that was the height of unprofessional behavior. This guy never even acknowledged what had just been said. Not a word. Like it never happened.Between the person at the desk and the doctor, they've lost my business. If you come to understand that your workplace is not your home, when you learn to speak in a tone that is less passive-agressive and when you have learned how to apologize, you have my number.
