Staff can't figure out anything and still have issues with apple watch sync. Agent at store had to call customer service almost 10 times for help. Over 3 hours there and still not working correctly? Crazy....

Just left the store and had a great experience with Cody. He was super efficient and helped me set up my at-home wifi. He was not only helping me but assisting multiple customers at the same time while helping his coworkers. Definitely seems like he is the best team member they have at this store. Any issues, ask for Cody and he will help you out.

I bought a phone from an eBay seller which was supposed to be unlocked. It was not. After calling t-mobile a few times two people said I had to go to a t-mobile store. I did and they blew me off, wouldn’t help me, IGNORED me until I left. Which is what they wanted. Again, this is the t-mobile store in Eldersburg, Md. If this is t-mobile’s tech support it was/is poor. This was a Friday evening 10/13. I should have gotten their names. If something goes wrong with t-mobile or their recently purchased mint mobile, good luck. Mint mobile had good customer service until they were bought by t-mobile. Mint now uses t-mobile’s tech support.

Cody and Francis would get 0 stars if i could. Literally trying to force customers to leave with extra lines for nothing instead of doing what the customer wants. They refused my sale if they didn’t get to line their pockets with the extra commission from an unnecessary line addition. Terrible business ethics and the regional manager should correct these bad behaviors. Low down scummy salesmen.

I went in on Wednesday morning this week and was helped by Donald. My wife and I were beyond impressed by the level of dedication, professionalism, and care he afforded us. He expertly navigated the Sprint process for us to remove a pesky tablet they refused to cancel for us and ultimately swap us over to TMobile. He spent 3 hours helping us and ensured everything worked perfectly before we left. Needless to say, the entire crew working that day made us feel right at home, and we loved the experience. We will gladly come to this store exclusively for their amazing customer service!

Francis and specifically my guy Raj are absolutely great!!!! They’re such great salesmen, I eventually ended up spending a slight bit more than initially planned. The customer service is exceptional and will now be my new store from here on out. Every bit of my experience at this Tmobile store was satisfying from beginning to end. The most honest salesman ever!

The store associates had great customer service however, I tried the free week of home internet service and it didn't work well with the trees located near my home so I returned it within the free week. I received a confirmation email of termination and returned equipment. The following month, I get auto billed. I called to dispute and they offered me a refund in the amount to a visa gift card and confirmed with a confirmation #. Never received it. My bank refunded the money after thier investigation. 5 months later, I get a call from a collection agency! I will never use them for any services going forward. Beware of this!
