“We were visiting relatives on Sept 21 and took a wrong turn late at night onto a narrow country road. When we tried to turn around, our rear wheels went over a steep bank and we got stuck. We called AAA....they kept saying they were "looking for assistance" but after 90 minutes, they said it would be 7AM before they could get anyone there!! Rockdale answered the phone late at night....the ONLY so-called 24 hr towing company that did. They got someone out to pull us out in about 30 minutes. The guy was fantastic...really careful with our brand new car and obviously very expert at his job. It was not cheap of course, and we are filing a claim with AAA....but we are very, very grateful to Rockdale towing!!”

“These guys are great! I had a situation with a large 5th wheel RV that got stuck falling off the edge of my driveway. He showed up right on time and kept his cool through a sketchy, nerve racking situation. He said right from the beginning that he'd never dealt with anything quite like this, but was willing to try. Within two hours the RV was safely in the driveway. He managed to pull this off without a single scratch on my trailer. I couldn't recommend them more!”

“A few days ago, I realized by car had become victim to the viral TikTok trend in regard to stealing Kias. However, whoever attempted to steal mine could not get it started, they just absolutely destroyed my steering column. I called Buzzy and explained the situation. He told me he is more than willing to come get my car but referred me to another towing company that was closer and therefore would be cheaper. On top of that, he had me send him a photo of the damage to the steering column so he could assess the damage to see if there was anyway to get the car started and avoid towing altogether. Then, when I called the towing company he recommended, they didn't pick up, so he called them himself to get ahold of them! Buzzy truly went above and beyond in more than one way for me.”

“I had an older car that was totaled. It was for my older son that doesn't drive much so I didn't want to go out and try to find a new car. Eldersburg Auto Body was able to get the car repaired in for a reasonable price and we were still able to keep the car. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.”
