Bad comments from years ago and probably different staff. Switched to Wells and couldn't be more happy. Try um, you won't be disappointed.

Went to open a new account, was unsure what to expect. The branch employees were very helpful and I didn't have to wait to speak to someone. The process did not take very long; I think I was done within 15-20 minutes at the most. Based on my experience, I would recommend this location for banking.
