It was very easy to fleet into the yard and load my portion of the trailer for shipping my stuff. Sarah was excellent. She handled everything that I needed and made the process go very smooth.

Contacted me via phone to arrange delivery. My driveway was still icy so they let me push the delivery out to the following week allowing the ice to melt. Driver called before arriving as promised. We have a very long driveway with downhill and uphill sections. Lee (the driver) and myself pulled three pallets from the street up our driveway into the garage. Other freight companies would just leave the pallet at the curb. Lee was very polite and worked hard to do the job correctly. He should be commended.

I’ve been trying to get my vending machine out to my location for the past month now and they have been telling me the SAME thing for the past weeks on why it would be a delay. If I could give this company a -0 star rating. I would!
I’ve been working with a different company and had no problems. My first shipment with this new delivery company has been a very unpleasant experience, I have been promised numerous days of delivery for my machine through the past month and each day of I was told there would be a delay due to some issue on their part. I have missed countless days of work expecting delivery of my machine that I have paid for. This is my business and due to their lack of consideration I have been missing money and my companies productivity has been down.I again do not recommend this company by any means.

Worst experience ever. First of all, nobody contacted us regarding the delivery. After we contacted with them, we have been told to wait on site for 2 hours for the driver to arrive. After that, the driver called us and said that he can not give is our delivery because he doesn’t have a fork lift, and that we can bring some friends to assist him. We *paid* for that service. Worst customer service I ever had. Update - now they said that the road was too small his truck, after we have been waiting there for 2 hours (because they told us to so)!!! Waist of time and energy.

ABF freight called 8/26 to confirm 8/29, says they don’t have lift gate and I will have to assist delivery. Then call 8/29 310pm say truck broke, now coming 9/3. Planned to put shed together over Labor Day weekend. no shed still. Horrible experience! How about having a backup truck? How about making it a priority for the next day? How about the driver calling as they said they would, instead of the office, to work things out? This was the delivery choice of Sam’s club. I’m hoping they do something about this in the future.

I don't normally give full stars, but these people deserve it. During our nightmare of a move, they were fantastic with all the changes we had to make. They were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who would need to do any kind of move. The best part is that during our cross country move, everything survived.

Ordered a lawn mower online and unfortunately had to deal with ABF for the delivery. On the day of delivery they notified me that there would be a potential delay but failed to follow up with me. I had to call them 30 minutes before closing to find out what happened, just for them to tell me they were “trying to locate” my package. I then had to reschedule for the following week at which point they sent my mower for delivery with a private contractor that they failed to properly coordinate with. As a result of this I almost missed my delivery window. In the future I will be avoiding ABF now that I know that they provide sub-par service.

Made a call late evening on Feb 23rd, while in Maryland and the customer service rep, Gina, went above and beyond to "make it happen", by getting a pod delivered in less than 24 hours. The gentleman that dropped off the pod, friendly, professional and caring, based on our reason for the move. The pick up was made as scheduled and delivered to California ahead of schedule. After my payment was made, I received a call to make arrangements to unload the pod from a friendly rep. I arrived at the Pacoima facility and greeted with a smile and friendly, professional customer service. Thank you for the great experience from start to finish.

Loved how attentive the personnel were and how much they cared with getting the job done. No issues loading my relocubes in MD and unloading in central NY. I would definitely use them again for moving.
