Arrived during business hours but was told she doesn’t have time to do a wire transfer because she is helping other people and there was no one else there who could sign off on a wire transfer. But this was during regular business hours??? I see why they have a low rating. Drove thirty minutes to waste my time.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. looking to file a complaint. tried to apply for a loan, it went to 3 people and ran my credit all 3 times! customer services sucks and now the branch is closing.

ATM on the outside has been down for many days. Was told that it will be back up in September. What am I suppose to do! This branch sucks. .
