A brand new building filled with unprofessional staff. I wasn't sure if a DMV or a bank employee was servicing me. Whoever is responsible for managing this location should take note and provide serious customer service training to your staff and at minimum, please ask them to be polite to customers. I'm not a fan of BoA either, but I have to give them some credit regarding customer service, particularly the Columbia, MD location I often visit.

Worst customer service they cancelled my appointment on the day I scheduled and rescheduled for next day when I am at the bank they said we can’t help you today will reschedule to next day when I kept telling not possible for me to come tomorrow then they insisted if you want wait till closing if possible will help you.

The worse customer service ever! This guy that works there made me use the atm to withdraw cash and said I could take out $3,000 when I told him it’s ok I’ll wait for the teller he insisted so after I requested $3000 from the ATM he didn’t told me oh it looks like a machine does not work but they have the money and then not give me a receipt I’ll go to the cashier and they said it’s nothing they can do let’s call Chase. Of course Chase is going to make me wait for my money and my credit but the worst fact of everything is that they literally showed no compassion in that bank in anyway shape or form none

I usually go to an Ellicott city branch but giving it a try to this new location. I have a business account with chase and always have a good experience but not this time. I brought my cousin to open a simple checking account a week ago and the first time we were sent away bc we got here at 4:30 and 30 mins wasn’t enough time to open an account. We understood and made an appointment for a different day and left. I was told to come in early to my next appt even it was set at 3:45pm bc it’s closer to closing time and they rather want us to come in early. We came in early at 3:00 on appt day as they asked, then we were told to wait bc it’s not an appt time. There were no one in the lobby and all the account agents were around, sitting in their offices but can’t help us (we are the only customer here). We had to wait this specific one we scheduled with who was in the meeting. I have never heard of requiring a specific person to open a checking account at a bank. I understand if everyone was busy and the lobby was full of customers. This was just not a good customer service, not willing to help the customer or your colleague. I would not recommend this branch at all!! If you want to use chase, go other places, it does not have much potential with these lazy employees. The branch manager was sitting there the whole time and didn’t even come out to see what the situation was, horrible!!
