I am exceedingly grateful for Daysi's excellent customer service today! The whole process, from online reservation to on-site contract was friendly, efficient and welcoming. Daysi took time to meet us at the gate upon arrival and usher us to our unit. She thoroughly explained my rental term options and answered all of my questions. I felt like I had made a new friend by the end of our interaction. I will recommend others to this location!

I can't say enough good things about the management at this location. The manager Daysi was incredibly professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help customers. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues quickly, or just making sure the facility is clean and secure, she truly cares about the people who store here.

I want to say Daysi at the front desk keeps everything running well at Store Here in Elkridge. When I took over my mom's unit after her death, Daysi walked me through the paperwork by getting things straightened out for me. Since then, she continues to be a helpful and friendly face when I arrive on the premises or by phone. The place works well without having to spend a fortune, and I attribute that to the one person I work closely with, smiling Daysi. Thanks Daysi!

Miss Daysi is ALWAYs pleasant & Cheerful when I come to the office and handles business quickly & efficiently. Only complaint is she is NOT there everyday, so I have to check calendar to plan my visits

We've been customers since the 1990's and have been happy with their accomodations. Daysi was hired before Store Here came along. She is very patient and helpful with her customers. The gates stay open most of the time but everyone gets a code for their unit. I appreciate her kindness. She is friendly and does a wonderful job.
