No cashier open, only self checkout. Declined self checkout. Clerk started ringing me out then walked off to help two female customers at an actual cashier. She never returned.

They need to close this place down or completely gut staff. They don't want to their jobs. Pathetic. You call for a order with option for voice mail. I arrive 2 hrs later, staff can't locate it, then when they found it said "I'm going to lunch and come back in 1 hr". Like wth, have staff check vm every time there's a vm notification, fill order, give to customer. It's not rocket science. The staff lack training for customer service and have no coverage for service during lunch? Will raise this to Bbb

CVS is my go to pharmacy and quick stop for health products and miscellaneous products. Their money back coupons are like winning the lottery, lol, nearly cutting my purchases in half. Thanks CVS!

The pharmacy is horrible! The prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. The last two times my doctor sent them over, I purposefully waited 5+ hours, went to pick them up, waited in line for 25 minutes only to learn they were not staffed properly to fill it, and had to wait 20 more minutes. Today is my last visit to CVS Waterloo. I will change to Walgreens. Their service is much more professional, and their stores are cleaner.

Don't use this pharmacy. They're always out of medications and whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, there's always a very long wait. The clerks that ring you up are usually impolite.

This review is mainly about the pharmacy. Let me first say that the pharmacy tech was able to check me in and fill my prescription in a timely manner. However customer service is really lacking. And to be honest it is not just at this store but at many places of business lately I am noticing a lack of good customer service. Throughout my time by the pharmacy the workers joked and talked with each other even while helping me, the customer. At one point the guy helping me shouted to another worker to get him a bag of chips. This is not how workers should be conducting themselves while they are working and customers are in the place. Perhaps this type of behavior is why there are so many reviews complaining about the filling of prescriptions in a timely manner. Not sure they have a desire or maybe know how to provide good customer service.
