The blonde lady working on the shirts area on 2/7th at 3:15pm, she needs to either take a nap or go find another job, her customer service is ZERO even though we didn’t even ask her anything she was in a VERY BAD MOOD !

Four employees standing behind the counter doing nothing but talking and refusing to help customers. Sadly, I have to go back for a third time to exchange the same broken item. Won't come again once I get this taken care of.

The columbia location is always a hot mess. I'm sure it's just a lot busier than my normal location. But it's hard to find things when there are boxes in the way.

It’s a nice big store, they are abundantly well stocked. Everything is placed properly. I love the vinyl figurines here. They have less selection here.
Art & craft, beauty section is great! Toys section is okay, have seen wide selections at other five below stores.
Staff is very polite and helpful. Great candy stock!
There’s plenty of parking, it’s close to Aldi & Lowe’s!
