I previously had taken lessons from the PGA pro at the Columbia store and videos were taken of my lessons. I wanted to access the lesson video's that I paid for with my lessons but was unable to access them on the site they were previously posted. I reached out on line to their customer support and they told me I had to contact the store directly - which I did and they told me that the PGA pro I took the lessons with was no longer there and they do not have access to the videos and basically told me I was screwed and tough luck - and provided no solution. They told me that I cannot expect them to store the video! This is not the customer service I paid for and would recommend staying away from their instore lessons and if you do yo should down load you videos immediately!

it has all sorts of equipment I need and the ladies apparel is great. sometimes it's difficult finding what you need at other stores but this one is a hit.

After going here a ton of times and spending thousands of dollars for the past 15 years, I will never return after the condescending, rude, couldn’t give a rats @ss customer service I received at club repair. I'll go to second swing instead from now on. They actually seem to care.

After 15 years of coming to this store and buying a ton of products ... thousands of dollars worth .... I asked that a club they reshafted for me be extended 1/2" bc I believe the rep wrote down the wrong length on the work order (honest mistake), the employee treated me like absolute dirt and said "I assume you don't want to be charged anything for that too, correct?." It was an easy fix that would have cost them nothing other than 15 mins of a club tech's time. Been here probably 300 times - won't be returning. And I doubt they care. He was so rude and condescending.

I had an excellent iron fitting experience here. The fitter was very knowledgeable, explained the different swing parameters to me, offered a few brands to try, and made some adjustments to the set I ultimately bought that day. Look forward to going back next year when I replace the fairway woods.

Had a scheduled fitting today. They told me there was a charge that I had to pay first. Was surprised to hear this so I called Second Swing to inquire if they charged for fittings if you bought clubs. They confirmed they didn’t. I asked to speak to the manager, Brendan, to see if they would waive the fitting fee since I was ready to buy clubs. He said they would not do that. I told him I was going to walk out of the door and they were going to miss out on an entire bag purchase today because of a fitting fee that their direct competitor located 2 miles down the road does not charge. Unfortunate that they missed out today.

Bought a $400 brand new Ping driver and refused to give me an adjustable tool. Club Tech Caleb told me that ALL Golf manufacturers do not pair tools with the clubs they ship to Golf Galaxy. Why would a manufacturer sell an adjustable driver but not include a tool to adjust it? Frankly I think Caleb was just lazy and didn’t want to go in the back to grab a tool.

Had a Callaway rep show us the new Paradym clubs today. Great presentation by Travis and Andrew. Travis was very knowledgeable about the product and made it a lot of fun. Ready to explain to customers about the Callaway family of products! Big shout out to Golf Galaxy for hosting the event!

Went there looking to buy clubs for my son . We tried a few, trackman system is set wrong. Guy handling testing area was extremely rude. My son wanted a set of srixon irons. He wanted to charge me for a fitting fee. He has no idea what he was doing . I think cause we were dressed in work clothes he thought we were lesser people. I was looking for an odyssey putter and a mizuno driver . If they treat a pro golfer like this I feel bad for.the public . They had what I wanted but I wont waste a dollar in this store. Go elsewhere better service.

Made an appointment for a driver fitting and was assisted by Bray. Session was comfortable, and I appreciate the level of service, especially as someone new to the game. Left with a new driver for a great price, and can't wait to play again. 10/10 and I'm definitely coming back.
