The price continues to go up. And for what? I’m not a fan of this joint, but it’s convenient, so occasionally I guess you have to pay through the nose for “convenience”.

Staff is friendly and not pushy if you don’t want to do something right then, but they’re also very knowledgeable . I have been going to this location for 20 years, and they have always been professional and courteous, and with me being a single mother that’s incredibly important! I would definitely recommend this location!

I was in town for a family funeral and needed unexpected brake service. Dom was communicative and helped me get on my way quickly so that I could have fun with my family :) highly recommend for quick service

Advisor tried to change my 2017 Toyota Tacoma (standard tires & rims) from a regular tire rotation to premium tire rotation cost because of upgraded rims. I caught the employee changing the price and he had no logical argument to defend the price change. Avoid the Elkridge Jiffy Lube.

Honestly worst jiffy lube ive ever been too.
6 months ago they said i needed brake pads, i agreed to their price. They took my brake pads off and said itd take 30 more minutes for the installation. 4 HOURS later my car was ready. They said all they could offer was a 15% discount on an already marked up job.
Today i visited for an oil change. They said my serpentine belt needed replacement. They showed me accidently the belt they purchase is $30, they charge 78 for it. The service fee is 170. Thats 250 dollars. I called one mechanic and they quoted 140.
Not to mention my car was pulled out of the bay for 10 minutes before i had to ask someone to ring me up.
This specific jiffy lube is run by trailer park used car salesmen.
Seriously don't come here
