The staff are frequently described as really nice, super nice, cheerful, and wonderful. Phlebotomists are noted for their great care, skill, composure, and understanding, successfully handling even notoriously difficult veins on the first try and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are proficient in both administrative and phlebotomy duties. However, some negative experiences involve incompetent technicians causing significant bruising and subdermal bleeding, leading to anxiety for some patients. Additionally, the check-in kiosks can sometimes be frustrating when they cannot scan identification, requiring manual entry. Laura was great! Kind, helpful, calming. I will say that they seem understaffed and need more people there. It could be a better place if there was more than one worker in the center at a time.

I came in as a walk-in at 11am on a Wednesday for routine lab work. Registration was easy on the kiosk. My phlebotomist, Montrice, greeted me and immediately took me back. She was efficient, and the draw was painless. I’ll definitely come back to this location.

Not sure why the reviews are so low. Showed up for 830 appt. Noone in lobby. Checked in, seen within 5 mins. Susan was my nurse. She was polite and friendly. I was done by 828, 2 minutes before my assigned time. Susan made sure I was good to go before I left. Very happy with this visit.
