“I was in a rush and needed a suit dry cleaned and returned the same day. I’ve never had to do it before so I was lost and everywhere else couldn’t do it in time or offer any advice. I called Dorsey cleaners and Jake explained why it couldn’t get done today and offered a solution. He steam pressed my suit (which wasn’t dirty to begin with) and had it done in no time. Very friendly and helpful! I will return in the future! Thanks Jake!”

“The business is exceptionally clean, as the staff appear to be in perpetual motion, to clean the machines after each operation or washing ,thereby reducing every opportunity to spread unseen germs and to obtain a clean washing cycle . “I had my wedding suit tailored here at sort of the last minute and they came through with flying colors. I also have a pair of dress pants that need a simple hem of the pant length and I am confident that it will be perfect! Both times I have come in for alterstions, I have been greeted with a smile and quick efficient measurements! I have recommended this tailor/cleaner to everyone that needs something altered!

“My family has been going here for over 20 years, even after we moved about fifteen minutes further away. The family that runs the cleaners is wonderful, very dedicated and helpful. I have brought them the results of my clumsiness, you know what I mean, and they have taken care of 98% of them. In the rare instance where they don't do something right, they bend over backwards to fix it. We also have had items altered and they do a great job at reasonable prices.”
“I brought a pair if kaki pants in that needed to be taken in from the thighs since I bought them in a curvy style accidentally. They also needed some taking in the waist. Reasonably priced tailoring and they look amazing while still leaving room for me to sit and stand comfortably! Thank you!”

During one visit, however, a man stared at me while I was doing laundry, which made me uncomfortable. “I support local small businesses. I decided to try this laundromat instead of going a distance for those big flashy corporate laundromats which by the way are astronomical.. yes may be free dryers but they just charge more for their washers.
So this Garrison laundromat was the perfect place for laundry. 5 stars from this reviewer!!!
Washing machines: clean (no mildew smell) Takes Quarters ( 3-7$) bill machine works. Just in case it' don't the number to the owner is posted. So what did I do I called to see what the process is. The owner came within 5 min to help.
Clothes were very clean after stuffing a small washer .
The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and just nice cozy little mat.
Dryers are one quarter for 8 min. Which you might think isn't a long time but 8 min I. These dryers are almost fully dry.
They work extremely well. High heat.
Folding area was clean no trash or dryer sheets all over floor.
Nothing but a great experience .
I've been a regular customer after that one time going.

“I was looking for a laundromat nearby and found this one on Google Maps. When I went in, Michelle at the counter was very sweet and attentive. She took the time to show me around and let me know I could ask if I needed anything.
The large washers are $8, and dryers start at $0.50. It’s a cash/coin-only laundromat, but there’s a change machine available. There’s also a bathroom, which was clean. They have a vending machine as well, although it was empty during my visit.
Overall, the vibe was good and I’ll definitely be coming back.”
“Recently, our Bob Double Stroller ripped at the seam. I called multiple places with no luck as businesses declined to repair a stroller even with the fabric removed from stroller frame. I called Zeka's and he told me to bring it into the store so he could look at it. He evaluated the tear and repaired it on the spot, reinforcing the stitch from the front and back, and spared me a trip back for pick up. He was a nice man and the work was quality.”

“Been going here off and on since 2010, and pretty consistently since our washer at home broke last summer . Gets packed on weekends, but overall great place. Love that the big washers can handle all my family’s laundry in one go most weeks. I think some of the smaller machines need to be replaced because they’ve been down for months, but most of the bigger ones work fine. 30-40 minutes to wash, 40 ish to dry, and I get a couple hours to read a book or listen to a podcast.”
