I've seen a few other reviews related to Lowe's returns and I'm unfortunately another. I was out of the 90 day window for a return which I accepted but it was the customer service I was disappointed in. From the moment I went in it seemed like a fight to return something. They couldn't find the barcode so it became my issue to find it on the shelf. I thought, not a big deal. I return with a photo and immediately another employee says to me that my unused item was used. They doubled down and said it was used. I said no. It was opened but not used. I typically shop at the other big box store but bought something at Lowe's that was in stock thinking I'd use it but never did. Other companies have been great with customer service. I felt like I was a problem for the staff as soon as I walked in. Very disappointing experience.

Edit: I already called the general customer service number that you give before leaving this review and was told only the store can refund me and ask me to call them. Thanks for your useless reply.This store refused to refund me an item that I didn't go pick up. They ask me to go in the store to get my refund, but I don't live in the area. The person who I talked to was very unhelpful and rude; he pretty confused on my order details. I didn't know this Lowes likes to steal customer's money this way. Glad I don't live in the area this Lowes serves! Crazy stupid policy making no sense.

Absolute garbage. They can’t get their system in order, took an hour to purchase a simple appliance. Delivery was incorrect. Forgot to sell me a stacking kit for the washer and dryer (how was I supposed to know that was a thing?)

Lowes Columbia. Duane and Derrick (Lawn and Garden) are the epitome of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. If I ever need to make another major purchase, I will drive from Owings Mills to do it. Shout out to Brian as well!!!

Staff was nice enough, but I was sent entirely the wrong direction for an item. Be aware that since mid 2023 you can no longer return any item without receipt or credit card you purchased it with. Too many people are stealing and trying to return items. Places used to limit the amount in a time frame, but nothing can be returned now.

One of the worst Lowe store where some of the staff are arrogant in the way they talk to customers, most especially those in appliance department.They should be trained.Secondly the technicians Lowe have are drivers paid to also do the work of a technician.Too bad.I don’t think I will recommend anyone to Lowe’s Elkridge.

STAY AWAY from this location!!! I was trying to buy a Christmas tree today, the older man, cashier of the gardening and Christmas trees area was there and in front of me asked his manager for help to help us with the tree, the manager very rudely answered NO!!! What kind of manager talks like that to an older man who is his employee!!!I felt very bad for the poor man!!! I will not go shopping in a place that treats an employee like that
