I was blown away by how quick and seamless my appointment was. I was taken back right away, and the NP was incredibly attentive and thorough.

I had the greatest experience/visit considering going there because one needs medical care. Making the appt was easy, once there, signing in was as well. The NP, Simone couldn't have been more kinder, friendlier, more compassionate and yet professional. Explained things to me so that I could easily understand.
I know one doesn't get a choice of who we get when we make an appt or walk in, but if you get there and the NP introduces herself and says she's Simone, well, just know you'll be well taken care of. I was! Thank you, Simone!!!

This CVS Minute Clinic is very conveniently located near my office and child’s school. The DNP who saw us was professional, practiced safe hygiene, and was very professional, super kind and patient, and made the experience comfortable and pleasant! The entire process from making the appointment in the app, to checking in, being seen, payment, and getting our prescription was very efficient and streamlined. This will definitely be our go-to rather than waiting forever for a PCP appt or going to urgent care!

Went for DOT Physical, charged an extra 100 dollars months later because the doctor discussed my blood pressure.

Appointment times aren’t honored. The wait is absolutely miserable (could be an hour+). Avoid.

I hope that healthcare has more patience with the patient and does not rush them when no patient waits outside the mini-clinic. I had an awful experience last weekend with the Health workers. He looks pretty rushed, rude, and very impolite！

Why have an appointment system if I’m waiting (at this point) 1.5 hrs and still haven’t been seen? The NP was wonderful when we were finally seen.

Do not waste your time. Walked in and the 5 people in front of me had been waiting for an our past their appointment time. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment but gave up. Horrible customer service.

Don't come here for care you won't find it. If you still choose to come. . Log your code on the kiosk. It said come at 8:45 am. So I arrived at 8:50 am. The so called male professional arrived after me. He finally decided to come out of the room at 9:13 am. He called me back. He looked at my insurance and said we do not accept Kaiser! What are you here for? Saw what I scheduled for and said this will cost you thousands of dollars. Didn't provide STI TESTING
