“I forgot the other guys name so for now I’ll reference him as D. Robert and D definitely put in a lot of sweat moving my 10x10 storage unit full of VERY heavy boxes and furniture. Showed up on time and even made a 2nd stop to pick up a few more things. I do have a few concerns but I’ll share those with Robert directly. Nothing broken. Overall, I am 100% satisfied and will be calling ABS Movers again.”

“Our house move was substantial, living in our original house for 30 years with family of 5. We got 3 estimates, all were in line but Moyer had a very big company feel to it versus the other two. Their estimate / interaction process was very professional with great office support, organized papers to sign, etc.The movers were great, handling everything with great care and worked very quickly. However, the estimate of the amount of time was not quite accurate and what was supposed to take ~8-10 hours took 14+ hours and probably should have been a two day versus one day move. Since the final move price is dictated by actual hours, we were naturally concerned and this was noted by the movers at the end of the day.The very next morning, we received a call from the owner, Jason Moyer himself. He apologized about the estimate error and told us he would make it right. He essentially dropped the price back down to the original estimate. What a class act of a business model to stand behind their quote.Then after the move we had to deal with some normal move damages and the mover insurance that we purchased. We dealt with Irvin Quinteros and he was super professional. Irvin was so thorough and took painstaking steps to research solutions and most importantly, he resolved all of our problems very quickly. He's also just a heck of nice person.Hope this review is helpful, picking a moving company is complicated and stressful.”

“Made a call late evening on Feb 23rd, while in Maryland and the customer service rep, Gina, went above and beyond to "make it happen", by getting a pod delivered in less than 24 hours. The gentleman that dropped off the pod, friendly, professional and caring, based on our reason for the move. The pick up was made as scheduled and delivered to California ahead of schedule. After my payment was made, I received a call to make arrangements to unload the pod from a friendly rep. I arrived at the Pacoima facility and greeted with a smile and friendly, professional customer service. Thank you for the great experience from start to finish.”
