Cannot withdraw more than $5k in a day? Give me a break. What a joke. These banks don’t want to give you your money.5***** for Reza for solving the problem.0 stars for PNC

Contrary to a lot of experiences in here. I was able to get in and out fairly quick.Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that the person I was working with kept trying to sell me a credit card or a loan. There was a point at which, after I said no, I felt like she was just going to sign me up for a credit card anyway. And I don't blame her for doing it, im sure its something that management there pushes you to do. So the fault lies there... But it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.People hate to be sold things. If you all pump the breaks a bit more and focus on making your customers happy, im sure you would see more people utilize this bank.

Came to withdraw money there was 3 people working in the bank and only 1 person helping customers in the drive thru and inside the bank so something that should've taken 5 minutes took almost 15 because I quess the other people were too important to assist customers

One of the worst locations I’ve been to. People behind the counter are rude! Drive thru atm usually has some type of issue. Been trying to close my accounts out for 3 days and still told this morning I can’t. If you want stress and headaches when it comes to your finances then this is the bank for you

Don’t go to this branch unless you have all day to sit in line. Every time I go I’m waiting over 30 minutes to simply deposit or cash a check. The most recent time I went I had one Person in line in front of me and I still waited over 30 minutes. Absolutely awful and would not recommend.

The worst PNC branch so far. I needed to convert some Canadian Dollars to USD and deposit it into my account. I have done this service many times in another branch and it took less than 20 minutes.Move to this area, used this branch. They took over 40MINUTES! And this is with an empty bank. There was no other customer in the bank. There were two bank teller. The bank teller that worked with me was new and have no idea what she doing. But the senior bank teller, her name was Trudy, REFUSED to come over and help the new lady. She took her time and seemed annoyed whenever she was asked to help. The new bank teller had to do both answering the phone and working with my request. This is honestly pretty ridiculous.I get a sense that Trudy hate training new employees and wanted the new bank teller to fail. When I told them both that it been 40 minutes and I really need to leave, Trudy wave her hand and dismissed me like I was a nuisance while the new bank teller was apologetic.I don't care what the dynamic is at this bank between the workers. It is unacceptable to prioritize training above client time like this.FYI, I have came to this branch before for other requests and also had bad experience with Trudy. But this one was bad enough for a review.

Went to pull out cash and was told they don't carry a lot of cash so they can only give some of what I wanted and didn't offer anything else. Said so know I have to go to another bank to get cash. Then one lady got an attitude and started looking at me wild when I said that doesn't make sense. Which it doesn't. I guess there phasing out cash idk. Then it ends up taking over thirty minutes and they start asking security questions after not getting back to me for the longest. Felt like I was a burden or a criminal. Horrible experience.

This branch gets ZERO stars. Can you say bad service? I called in advance before I came to see if I could get a new debit card printed out. "Sure, see you soon she says" I drive to the branch only to be told that there is only one person available who can print out the card and this person has two appointments with people who are more important than me. "But you can come back later" she says"even though this process only takes a few minutes " she's says. Who ever heard of a branch who is not willing to accommodate all customers? It is called multitasking. The teller didn't even try to ask if it could be done. If you expect going above and beyond for a customer, don't go here.
